A mountain that can only be seen with a joyful heart Doraksan

(Woraksan National Park)

도락산

Doraksan Mountain, located between Sobaeksan Mountain and Woraksan Mountain, is a rocky mountain named by Uam Song Si-yeol, who said, 'The path to enlightenment must have its way and must be followed by joy.'

At Doraksan Mountain, the thrill of the hike is not in conquering the mountain, but in relaxing and enjoying the surrounding scenery and finding your own enlightenment. In addition, there are Sangseonam Rock, Jungseonam Rock, Haseonam Rock, and Sainam Rock nearby, the Eight Scenic Views of Danyang, all of which have reached the level of the world of the gods. The course, which starts at Sangseonam Rock and continues to climb up and down, can be challenging for beginners.

The Silla-era Dokraksanseong Fortress near the summit is said to have been large enough to shelter thousands of people, but only about 50 meters of it remains today.
